Free Pickles, Condiments and Sauerkraut Workshop

Join Cornwall Food Foundations, Community Food team, and learn the traditional art of making your own probiotic-rich fermented foods including chrain,  pickled cucumbers and celeriac, apple and mustard seed kraut. If eaten regularly, probiotics can have real benefits for your gut health.

We will also be joined by inspirational guest speakers Emily and Rob Stevenson, founders of the Beach Guardian community interest company. Beach Guardian support community-led remote beach clean-ups and conduct educational workshops with schools and other groups.
