Visit Gaia, an artwork by Luke Jerram, from 19 August – 15 September 2019 at Peterbororough Cathedral (PE1 1XS).
This 7m diameter sphere features detailed NASA imagery of the earth’s surface and is a fantastic opportunity to reflect on the fragile beauty of the earth that we need to protect and care for.
During this exhibition, visitors will be able to take the Cool Food pledge to commit to changing their food habits – bite-sized actions we can all take to reduce our carbon emissions in order to slow down climate change.
A TV screen will totalise the commitments made by visitors on a Cool Food Counter. This will show how much carbon and money these new habits will be saving. There will also be the chance to spend some time talking to the PECT team at various points during the exhibition.
